Our tax tables have not been endorsed and are not supported by MYOB Australia - MYOB would much rather you upgraded or subscribed to Cover or AccountRight Live.

To receive remote assistance from FGH Tables, please follow the 3 steps below.

Step 1. Make Payment

(Skip Step 1 if you have already paid)

Step 2. Schedule an Appointment

(ensure you provide your email, area code and phone number)

Schedule Appointment

Step 1 - Choose Appointment - eg Remote Assistance 30 mins
Step 2 - Select your Time Zone and choose a Date and Time - click 'Continue'
Step 3 - Enter your Information - then click 'Complete Appointment'

You will see confirmation on screen.
You can optionally add to your Calendar. There is no need to Register for an Account.

If you have scheduled an appointment for today, please call Michael on 0427 188 460 to advise time as our email notification sometimes arrives late.

Step 3. Download a customised Quick Support module from TeamViewer for v15.

Our TeamViewer Quick Support module is for TeamViewer v15 - does not need to be installed and will not interfere with any existing TeamViewer installation.

Click here to download a TeamViewerQS file. Although the TeamViewer website shows 'Loading TeamViewer now...' this page saves a Quick Support file based on your download settings - if prompted, save the download to your computer.

Once the file has been downloaded, locate the download (usually in your Downloads folder under Favorites (or Quick Access) - see image below or use Ctrl + j in your browser) and run it just before your scheduled appointment - if you receive a security pop-up, choose Run.

You will see an 'Allow Remote Access' pop up - see image below. Wait for our call (or call us on 0427 188 460).

When we try to connect to your computer, you will receive a Pop-up prompt - choose 'Allow Connection'. We will then see your screen and will be able to provide support.

You can terminate the connection at any time.

If instead you see a message that TeamViewer is already running, right click TeamViewer icon in task bar and select Show TeamViewer (as per image below):

If or when you see a blue screen similar to this:

Team Viewer Connection Exit

Click Connection and then Exit TeamViewer (as illustrated) and then run the file downloaded above instead.
