Providing tax tables since 2010.

We are an Adelaide based company specialising in solving issues for MYOB® users. We started with PAYG tax tables and expanded to repairs, conversion, confirmation issues etc.

Our tax tables have not been endorsed and are not supported by MYOB Australia - MYOB would much rather you upgraded or subscribed to Cover or AccountRight Live.

sample screens

Our tax tables are loaded into your MYOB® Company File via the FGH Tax Table Updater. The Updater is a stand alone package, and is downloaded from the link below as an .exe file.

This Updater has the new tax tables and is called FGHTaxTableUpdater2025A.exe and each screen refers to FGH Tax Table Updater 2024/25A.

Note 1: The Updater does not require Windows Administrator level access*, nor does it need to be 'installed', simply download, run, - and delete when done! It will also run directly off a USB stick (flashdrive)**.

Note 2: The installation process is not complete until you enter a 6 digit Serial Number Code (SNC) - if you do not enter the SNC, you will only have Demo tax tables installed!!

The Updater will guide you through the tax table update process in a step-by-step manner -  see video. The Updater includes tax tables for all Windows MYOB® products (Plus®, Premier® and Enterprise™) and all versions up to an including AccountRight® v19.16.

It comes with a comprehensive Help function as well as a link to the published ATO tax tables for checking the accuracy of the calculations.

To download, click the Download Updater button, then choose Save File to save it to your harddrive (for example to your desktop). As this is an executable file, some browsers will issue security warnings before completing the download. The file is digitally signed, virus free and safe to install, select continue, or Keep etc.

The download does not require installation, simply double-click on it to run it. You may receive a Windows Security Warning advising 'The publisher could not be verified, Are you sure you want to run this software?' - click Run to continue.

The Updater will step you through the entire process (9 screens), including selecting your Company File (data file) and your MYOB® version. During the process, it will prepare a Demo tax table file for you to load using MYOB®. Finally you convert to Full Version with a Serial Number Code available from here.

Demo Version
A Demo version is available for most MYOB® versions. No code is required to run the Demo version. The Tax Table Revision Date has been set to 25 Jun 2024 and only the No Tax Free Threshold table has been updated with the rates applying from 1 Jul 2024.

The 25 Jun 2024 Tax Table Revision Date is to help users recognise that they have loaded the Demo Tax Tables only. The Tax Table Revision Date will be updated to 1 Jul 2024 when you enter your SNC at Step 7 of the Updater.

Current version 9.4.0.1

Save the exe file to your computer*.
Optionally scan for viruses etc.
Run it to update your tax tables.
Downloading issues or concerns

When to Load: The tax rates in these tables apply from 1 Jul 2024. You will need to update your tax tables before you process your first payroll run after this date.

If you want to do a test run, we suggest you use a copy of your company file, and then delete it when done.

PS. Don't Start a New Financial Year until your accountant has finalised all 2023/24 tax matters.

*If you currently run MYOB® as Administrator, or if Windows 10 'block's MYOB, you will need to right click on Updater and 'Run As Administrator'.

**If both MYOB® and your company file are on a server or if using a Terminal Server, best to also run the Updater from the server. Updater and your myob.exe should be on the same 'machine'.
