Our tax tables have not been endorsed and are not supported by MYOB Australia - MYOB would much rather you upgraded or subscribed to Cover or AccountRight Live.

Note 3: Where your serial number is used by multiple parties, such as clients, each client will need to purchase their own tool. The Tool you purchase is not to be shared with others outside your business.

To order a tool that aligns with your MYOB licence, you will need to provide licence information from your current file.
These details contain all the settings based on the last
Confirmation Code provided to you by MYOB and is our way of ensuring MYOB have been providing you a code,
and determining what your licence entitlements are.
Step 1 - Generate bin file
(If this step is too complicated for you, simply upload a backup of your MYOB file here)
Use the Choose File and Save Licence File buttons below to extract the licence details from your MYOB® company file

A small .bin file will be saved to your computer

Depending on your browser settings, the file will be saved to either your default download location (usually Downloads folder), or in the location you specify.

The name of that file will be your serial number with extension .bin, for example 611234567890.bin.
We need this bin file before we place your order with the supplier, as it tells us what you are entitled to under your MYOB licence. If for some reason you are unable to generate the .bin file use the 'Contact Us' form under 'Other' to let us know.
If you have sent us a .bin file earlier for this serial number, there is no need to resend, simply let us know below. We will use the .bin file you supplied earlier.
If you cannot generate the bin file, eg ordering via mobile phone, please contact FGH Tables for an alternative approach.

Most MYOB licences are entitled to one company file.
For those who purchased before 2011, you may be entitled to 5 or more company files. Check with MYOB if unsure.
If you have an unused entitlement, we suggest you postpone this order, create a dummy file and Activate it before MYOB ceases Activations/Confirmations.
Then place your order and include the new File ID of the dummy file just Activated. It may come in handy one day.

The Confirmation Tool is based on your serial number and File ID. To locate the File ID for your file(s), open each file in MYOB and look under Help > About. It will be a number like 1 or 2 etc.
You can provide up to 5 File ID's, if you only provide one, the tool will be ordered for that one plus the next 4 numbers.
For example if you advise your File ID is 3, we will order for 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. This cannot be changed later, so provide correct details.
Cost is $198 for up to 5 File ID's and if paying by bank transfer. Use the Buy Now link to pay by card/Paypal Account which includes 2.5% surcharge.
If you are ordering a Tool for more than 5 File ID's, add $39.60 per additional File ID. For example if you have 9 File ID's, cost is $356.40. Use the bank transfer payment method.

1A small script only reads the licence data (2kb) from the selected company file and saves it to a .bin in the location you specify. Your company file is not uploaded, or saved, no data is accessed, no data leaves your computer during this process. If you prefer an offline approach, see here.
