Have you encountered this message while trying to upgrade your company file to AR2024? Even after you have completed the tasks outlined in the Support Note this message continues to pop up and prevents upgrade?

This suggests there may be entries in your negin.dat table that cannot be cleared. Use our File Utility to check. Select your company file using File Utility, then click on the button called 'Record Count' - see if '56 negin' is greater than zero. If yes, and there are no Orders with Received ticks, this confirms there are stray entries in the negin.dat tables. Once cleared, this message will no longer appear.

If you would like us to repair and return your file today, visit our Company File Repair page for full details and an upload link.
