Please take the time to choose your purchase carefully as FGH Tables will only provide a refund in a limited number of situations.

Serial Number Code
Most software sold by FGH Tables is activated/dependent on a Serial Number Code (SNC). FGH Tables does not provide refunds on software once a SNC has been issued - whether used or not.

Suitability
FGH Tables provides the opportunity for a purchaser to try it's software before purchasing, including demo versions or fully functioning versions using the sample Clearwater file. A Purchaser should use the demo/trial to determine if the software is suitable for their purposes, and will work in their environment and with their version.

New tax tables
It is up to the user to make their own enquiries as to whether they need to purchase new tax tables or not, for example whether they will be affected by any changes in the tax tables. Information on changes to tax tables is available from the ATO website once new tables are published.

Supported Versions
Our tax tables will not work on certain version of MYOB® such as versions that start with 201x for example Version 2016.1.18.1195 or .myox files, and our tax tables should not be purchased for those versions. If your are uncertain, please contact us before purchasing or try the demo first to confirm.

Refunds
FGH Tables will only provide a refund if:

• Required by law, such as where the software was miss-described or miss-represented
• Payment was made twice for the same item/code
• Serial Number Code has not yet been issued
• We are unable to complete a repair/conversion

Where a refund is provided, FGH Tables will charge a 10% processing fee to cover fees and administration costs. In some instances FGH Tables may be reduce or waive the fee at it's sole discretion.
