AccountRight® v19.13 or v19.14 to AccountEdge®



While you can easily upgrade from AccountRight® v19.12 to AccountEdge®, you can't seem to upgrade from AccountRight® v19.13 or v19.14 to AccountEdge® Pro.

No upgrade errors are reported, the file simply will not open in AccountEdge®. It doesn't matter whether the original file was Plus, Premier or Enterprise.

We tracked the cause down to a bug in the upgrade process, MYOB did not allow for v19.13 or v19.14 files and how these are different to v19.12 files. MYOB made changes in v19.13 and v19.14 to stop unlicensed users using v19.13 or v19.14.
