FGH Tables logo

Providing tax tables since 2010.

We are an Adelaide based company specialising in solving issues for MYOB® users. We started with PAYG tax tables and expanded to repairs, conversion, confirmation issues etc.

Our tax tables have not been endorsed and are not supported by MYOB Australia - MYOB would much rather you upgraded or subscribed to Cover or AccountRight Live.

If you want to see change:

Hundreds or even thousands of posts on MYOB's Community forum will not lead to real change. The moderators will tow the party line, that is what they are paid to do. Don't expect them to agree with you. Won't expect them to lobby on your behalf behind the scenes - they will lose their job.

Long time users have see this all before - MYOB will blame the ATO and anybody else they can - they even blamed us for some of their issues!

On the forum, users are dealt with one by one - and ultimately dismissed. As a user, you have no 'clout' with MYOB. Clearly they don't care about losing a few hundred users.

If you want real change, you will need to engage via social media. Users should flood MYOB's social media page on facebook etc. Or set up their own social media page. The more users who engage this way will lead to more 'traffic' to that social media page. This will trigger the social media algorithms as a 'trending' topic - and it will then be added to other users feeds etc.

Eventually the issue will get more attention, from journalists, from experts. If MYOB have done the wrong thing, implemented it incorrectly or poorly, if there is a better way it could have been done, having 'outsiders' commenting critically on MYOB's approach will get MYOB's attention. Attention of the CEO, attention of the stock brokers etc. Once the exposure starts to adversely affect the company (eg share price, bad publicity etc) MYOB will act.
