Updated PAYG Tax Tables for those using
'Classic' MYOB® products (.myo and .dat):

Our current tax tables have been updated using the new ATO PAYG Withholding tax formula for salary or wage payments to employees made between 1 Jul 2026 and 30 June 2027.

These tax tables include the new 1 Jul 2026 tax cuts that affect all employees.

MYOB® Tax Tables - Background: When you purchase a MYOB® product with payroll, you receive a set of current tax tables as part of the package. These tables are created by MYOB Australia based on the tax office formula. Before using the Payroll function, you must 'load' a set of tax tables into your Company File. When processing payroll, MYOB® will use the currently loaded tax tables.

MYOB Australia no longer provide tax tables or updates or support for the products listed above. If you use any of these products, the tax tables you are currently using may be out of date and may not calculate the correct PAYG from 1 Jul 2026.

We have been providing up to date tax tables for MYOB® users since 2010.

The updated tax tables available exclusively from www.fghtables.com work in exactly the same way as tax tables prepared by MYOB Australia. Our tables have been tested and will work with all the above mentioned MYOB® versions. They are primarily designed for those who want to have the latest PAYG tax rates without having to upgrade their MYOB® version. Even if MYOB were still honouring your licence agreement (which they are not), there is nothing in your licence agreement that prevents you using 3rd party tax tables.

Cost:

Tax tables are available from FGH Tables for $132.00. Some users have multiple Company Files. You can use the same tax tables on all your Company Files as long as they use the same MYOB® serial number.

Installation:

Installation is simple. Windows versions (Accounting v10 to AccountRight v19) are installed by our Tax Table Updater which steps you through the entire process - see video.

Mac versions come with easy to follow instructions.

The tax tables can be instantly downloaded following payment by Paypal (credit card or PayPal account balance), or will be emailed to you if paying by bank transfer.

When to Load: The tax rates in these tables apply from 1 Jul 2026. They should be loaded into your company file before processing any payroll dated after 1 Jul 2026.

The best time to update is after your last pay run for 2025/26 and before your first pay run of 2026/27. Whether you load the new tax tables before or after you Start a New Payroll Year makes no difference (unless you are using AccountEdge®). See here for more details, an example.
