Our tax tables have not been endorsed and are not supported by MYOB Australia - MYOB would much rather you upgraded or subscribed to Cover or AccountRight Live.

Remote Assistance - PC or Mac

$55 for up to 30 mins

To receive remote assistance from FGH Tables, please make a payment and then download a customised Quick Support module from TeamViewer.


Select expected duration:


The TeamViewer Quick Support module does not need to be installed and will not interfere with your TeamViewer installation (if you already have Team Viewer installed). Download directly from the TeamViewer website here - save the download to your computer.



Once the file has been downloaded, locate the download (usually in your Downloads folder under Favourites - see image below) and run it - if you receive a security pop-up, choose Run.

You will see an 'Allow Remote Access' pop up - see image below. Enter your name in the Name field, and call FGHTables on 0427 188 460.

When we try to connect to your computer, you will receive a Pop-up prompt - choose 'Allow Connection'. We will then see your screen and will be able to provide support.

You can terminate the connection at any time.

If instead you see a message that TeamViewer is already running, right click TeamViewer icon in task bar and select Show TeamViewer (as per image below):

If or when you see a blue screen similar to this:

Team Viewer Connection Exit

Click Connection and then Exit TeamViewer (as illustrated) and then run the file downloaded above instead.
