Locked out of your MYOB® Company Data File? Forgotten your password? Staff member who knows password is unavailable?

Whatever the reason, if you don't know the administrator password for your Company Data File, we can quickly reset that password. We will need access to your data file by having you upload it to our server.

We suggest you use Winzip or Winrar etc to compress the file with a password (both programs use strong encryption for security) and then upload the file to our server (and email the password separately). We will then reset the Administrator password and make the file available for you to download from our server.

We offer a same day service. Complete the Contact Us form with your request and we will send you instructions. For urgent resets, include a contact telephone number and we will call you to make the necessary arrangements.

We will need you to tell us what version of MYOB you last used on the data file as well as the serial number (to 'prove' that you own the file and we are not helping you break into somebody else's data file).
