Whatever the reason, if you don't know the administrator password for your Company Data File, we can quickly reset that password in all company files as well as a host of other file types. We will need access to your file by having you email it or upload it to our server.

When a company data file is first activated, the registered user's serial number is recorded in the file. Sometimes you may need to change that serial number, for example if you buy a business and take over the previous owner's MYOB data file. Or you might be using somebody else's serial number and now they want it back. Whatever the reason, if you want the existing serial number deleted, we can quickly remove it from your company file.

You can either email the file (if less than 10Mb) or upload it to our server. We suggest you use Winzip or Winrar etc to compress the file with a password (both programs use strong encryption for security) and then email or upload the file (and email the password separately). We will remove the current serial number and return the file.

Be aware that you will not be able to use the file until you have Activated it with a new serial number. This can be done online or over the phone with MYOB Australia.
